Welcome to Quori. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quori mobile application (the “App”) provided by us (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using Quori, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Quori. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App

Quori is designed to help users take notes, transcribe audio, and manage information, including AI-assisted features.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload, store, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

  • Use the App to violate the rights of others

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload (“User Content”), including notes, audio, and other data.

By using Quori, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

Quori may provide AI-powered features such as transcription, summarization, or question answering.

  • AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or reliable

  • You should not rely on AI outputs as professional advice

  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Quori may offer optional paid features via subscriptions or one-time purchases.

  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store account.

6. Privacy

Your use of Quori is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quori is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • The results (including AI outputs) will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
